Exchanges
In case the item(s) in your purchase is damaged or there is a size issue, we are happy to offer an exchange with a different piece/size. The exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order, and the item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retaining the original tags & packaging.
We do not exchange any Customised Outfits or International orders.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at hello@roze.in. Once you receive a confirmation from our end, we will get the outfit picked up.
After it qualifies our internal quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order or provide store credit.

Returns & refunds
Unfortunately, we do not provide any refunds. But we would be happy to give you store credit or exchange your outfit for another.
International Orders
We do not have an exchange or refund policy.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
